Fear is such a tiny word that represents so much. It can manifest itself in different ways - phobias, doubts, crippling anxiety. Some fears you face once and it’s over. Others, you continue to face every single day. So, let’s dive deep into this topic to find out more about what makes you afraid and how fear impacts your life. Happy writing!

Prompt 1: What terrifies you? Why? Don’t be afraid to dig deep.

Prompt 2: Think about the ways you have faced your fear(s) in your life. Pick one and write about it. What happened? How did it feel to experience that fear and then to come out on the other side?

Prompt 3: Find an image of something you’re afraid of. Use the image as inspiration to write about it.

Exercise: Write a breakup letter to a fear that has been holding you back.
